Jay Marwaha
As Co-founder of ABSc, Jay brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and public sector finance, technology, and customer relationships. Jay established ABSc at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Drawing on a distinguished career as a senior executive at American Express, Jay brings that same success and focus to ABSc where he drives strategy and business development across each of ABSc's products and services. He believes that customer and employee satisfaction are critical to the company's success. Under Jay's leadership, ABSc has grown tenfold in four years. Jay holds a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Lloyd Mansfield
Lloyd brought 38 years of military and civilian federal sector experience to ABSc's business development effort when he joined the firm in June of 2007. His mission is to build, expand and drive ABSc's business efforts into a brilliant future through collaborative efforts and strategic alliances with like-minded businesses, both large and small. He believes that it is through honest and cooperative effort that companies can bring the federal government the indispensable knowledge, skills and abilities that the government needs to conduct its business in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Through partnership with its government clients, ABSc has been able to leverage its myriad of corporate competencies to forge close and mutually beneficial relationships that endure from contract to contract. Lloyd looks forward to working with you in developing a long-lasting alliance.

Brian Pavlicek
As Principal of the QuantAlytics division, Brian brings over 10 years of Intelligence Community information technology and consulting services experience to the ABSc consulting services team. ABSc QuantAlytics combines strategic thinking with business and information technology tools to provide industry-leading metrics analysis and reporting solutions, as well as continually assessing and refining these solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of the analytic community. By utilizing the industry's most cutting-edge technologies, Brian has developed the highest quality standards for the ABSc QuantAlytics team. Brian is a Certified Visual Sciences-Visual Site Architect and Visual Site Analyst and Certified UNIX System Administrator with an undergraduate degree in Business from New Mexico State University.

Treva L. Boyd
As a Principal, Treva manages multiple diverse IT portfolios for the Defense Intelligence Agency IT community. Treva began her career with the United States Army, where she served as a Strategic Planning Non-Commissioned Officer. Upon leaving the military, she held various integral roles with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). She has more than 15 years of experience in Department of Defense and Intelligence Community planning, programming, budgeting, and execution; information technology lifecycle; and customer relationship management. Treva has a B.S in Liberal Arts.

Rebecca G. Fiorito
As Operations Director, Rebecca Fiorito leads ABSc's internal operations. Rebecca has been an integral part of the ABSc team with accomplishments ranging from building her team of staffing specialists to managing clients. She is currently responsible for managing some of the high value clients for ABSc. Rebecca plays a key role in the day-to-day management of the business as she ensures all operations are efficient and effective in meeting customer requirements and employee needs. Rebecca provides a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees. Through mentoring and training, she has built an effective, professional staffing team responsible for providing services to customers across the IT, Professional Services, and Intelligence Operations divisions. Rebecca has a bachelor's of science in Biology.

Tracie L Cook, CPA
As the Controller Tracie brings over 15 years of experience in the financial management of a growing enterprise. She is responsible for all day to day financial operations. She supports Program Mangers with timely financial data and meets the reporting requirements of our clients. She implements and maintains financial internal controls. She participates in strategic planning that supports the continued growth of ABSc. She has a BS in Finance and Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and state University (Virginia Tech).
