ABSC Wins 5 Year DIA Office of Human Resources Operations and Support (OHROS) IDIQ

APRIL 2022

We are excited to announce that ABSC has been awarded a five-year contract to provide support to the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Office of Human Resources Operations and Support (OHROS) IDIQ. Our team will provide subject matter expertise in Human Capital and Workforce Analytics Solutions and Services in support of DIA’s global missions. ABSC’s team members will support both strategic and operations programs, projects, and priorities of OHR. ABSC will also provide program management and decision support to develop and manage value-added Human Resources policies and programs.

“We are honored to be able to support DIA OHR’s mission to strengthen national security by growing a workforce of diverse perspectives, developing officers to have the attributes and abilities to meet today’s requirements and tomorrow’s challenges, and engaging every officer in mission accomplishment to enhance all source intelligence operations around the globe,” says Anthony Sutera, COO of ABSC.

 

This was a full and open (unrestricted) competition, leading to an IDIQ award with a contract ceiling value of $370M and ABSC will have the opportunity to compete for task orders during the vehicle’s 5-year ordering period. This work aligns well with ABSC’s current offerings delivered in support of our AFSC and ESAS programs, as well as offerings previously delivered under the DIA Administrative and Operations Support (AOPS) contract.

 

We look forward to many successful years supporting DIA’s OHROS program, its customers, and stakeholders, as well as continuing our great partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency.

NTIS Joint Venture Partnership (JVP) Program Announcement

ABSC is proud to announce that we have been selected by the Department of Commerce to enter a unique and powerful Joint Venture Partnership Program with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS). NTIS is an agency within the Department of Commerce chartered to help federal agencies find new and innovative ways of using data to solve problems. Through our partnership with NTIS, ABSC will afford various federal agencies the opportunity to gain timely, supported, and necessary access to our innovative technology and expertise in data science and IT modernization. 

 

ABSC will collaborate with NTIS to deliver our Technology Enabled Solutions (TES), powered by Syntasa, to federal agencies to maximize under-utilized and under-analyzed data sources to significantly improve data-driven decisions. Another key offering of our TES is access to, and expertise of, the incredible power of Google Cloud Services. As an Authorized Google Cloud Partner, ABSC will coordinate with NTIS to empower federal agencies to achieve their cloud migration and modernization objectives.

ABSC Delivers Syntasa Sentiment Analysis Capability to Google Cloud’s Intelligent Vaccine Impact Solution

Across the US, State and Local governments are facing challenges in effective and timely delivery of COVID vaccinations through local immunization programs.  With the help of our tech enabled-services software, Syntasa, Google’s Public Sector team is supporting local and regional governments through the Google Cloud Intelligent Vaccine Impact Solution – a solution that helps increase vaccine availability and access to those who need it, and assists governments in building awareness, confidence, and acceptance of vaccines.

 

ABSC’s delivery of our Syntasa AI/ML software plays a vital role in providing Sentiment Analysis allowing users to understand the changing beliefs and behaviors throughout the vaccination lifecycle, which allows agencies to enable a more tailored and informed vaccination campaign. ABSC Wins Re-Compete to Advance Technology Protection Capabilities of the US Army Through Engineering and Defensive Cyber Intelligence Analysis

Absolute Business Solutions (ABSC) was awarded the Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) contract. This re-compete award is a significant achievement for ABSC, affording us great opportunity to continue enabling US Army INSCOM in its growing mission to protect the Army’s critical technologies and information. Continuing our 10-year partnership with US Army INSCOM, we will perform engineering analysis and cyber intrusion damage assessment for ARTPC and its expanding customer and stakeholder community, including Army Futures Command, Defense Cyber Crimes Center, multiple Program Executive Offices, Army Damage Assessment Management Office, Army Counterintelligence Center and National Ground Intelligence Center.

ABSC Recognized as a V3 Employer

ABSC announces changes to the Senior Leadership team who will assume the role of driving success of ABSC’s mission, vision, and values. The following leadership changes fortify ABSC’s corporate commitment to provide the best workplace for employees and the best service offerings to customers: 

  

  • Anthony Sutera assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer. As ABSC’s EVP of Strategic Growth since 2018, he has led and implemented new strategic development initiatives that have positioned the company for long-term and healthy success. He brings nearly 15 years of industry expertise in P&L leadership, program management and business development gained from his experience leading successful DoD and IC support organizations at multiple Fortune 100 businesses.

  

  • Rebecca Fiorito is now Executive VP, Human Capital. Rebecca has been with ABSC since its inception in the early 2000s and her passion for employees has never been stronger. In this new role, Rebecca will implement innovative and effective approaches to enhance the company’s culture and the connectedness of the company.

                                                                

  • Mike Mattson is now Executive VP for Growth and Strategy. Mike has been with ABSC since 2018 and brings over 13 years of experience in business development, capture management, and strategic growth. Mike will lead strategic growth efforts to expand and diversify the business lines, including new technology-enabled-service initiatives that leverage Big Data Analytics, Cloud Services, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to enhance our service offerings.

ABSC signs Exclusive Reseller Agreement with Syntasa

ABSC, a leading Information Technology and Analytic solutions provider for the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, announced today the signing of a strategic reseller agreement with Syntasa. Under this agreement, ABSC will be the exclusive reseller for Syntasa products and services across the Federal and Civilian market sector. This capability allows ABSC to offer technology-enabled digital transformation services to Federal/State/Local agencies through behavioral analytics capabilities using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies across the Syntasa platform.

ABSC Supports the JPEO-CBRND Mission with Recent Contract Award

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) has been awarded an IT Support Services contract in support of Headquarters, Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (HQ, JPEO-CBRND). Under this contract, ABSc provides IT, Network and Information Assurance subject matter expertise to HQ, JPEO-CBRND. 

 

ABSC’s Information Assurance and Technology Specialists will support the JPEO-CBRND mission and enhance IT operational, situational and strategic awareness for system and network infrastructure. For this effort, ABSC has successfully completed initial delivery to support to ensure continuity of operations. 

 

“This new award achieves multiple objectives within ABSC’s new business growth strategy - to increase our market share of the DoD and IC technology services sectors and expand our presence in the Aberdeen community,” said Anthony Sutera, ABSC’s VP of Growth Operations. “We have a long-standing successful history in delivering IT and Cybersecurity solutions to our DoD and IC customers and are extremely excited to deliver these same great capabilities to our newest customer, JPEO-CBRND.” 

 

Including all option periods, ABSC will deliver on this contract through 2022.
