ABSC Recognized as a V3 Employer
ABSC is pleased to announce that we have been recognized by the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) program as a V3 certified employer. V3 is a Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Veterans Services (DVS) program that provides resources and assistance to employers by helping them implement nationally recognized best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans.

ABSC currently has an overall 43% veteran demographic. The V3 program will assist with retaining current veteran employees and establish the way ahead for adding new veterans to the ABSC team.

ABSC Announces Senior Leadership Changes
ABSC announces changes to the Senior Leadership team who will assume the role of driving success of ABSC’s mission, vision, and values. The following leadership changes fortify ABSC’s corporate commitment to provide the best workplace for employees and the best service offerings to customers:
• Anthony Sutera assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer. As ABSC’s EVP of Strategic Growth since 2018, he has led and implemented new strategic development initiatives that have positioned the company for long-term and healthy success. He brings nearly 15 years of industry expertise in P&L leadership, program management and business development gained from his experience leading successful DoD and IC support organizations at multiple Fortune 100 businesses.
•Rebecca Fiorito is now Executive VP, Human Capital. Rebecca has been with ABSC since its inception in the early 2000s and her passion for employees has never been stronger. In this new role, Rebecca will implement innovative and effective approaches to enhance the company’s culture and the connectedness of the company.
•Mike Mattson is now Executive VP for Growth and Strategy. Mike has been with ABSC since 2018 and brings over 13 years of experience in business development, capture management, and strategic growth. Mike will lead strategic growth efforts to expand and diversify the business lines, including new technology-enabled-service initiatives that leverage Big Data Analytics, Cloud Services, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to enhance our service offerings.
Anthony commented, "I am honored to continue serving our customers and employees in my new role as COO for ABSC. ABSC signs Exclusive Reseller Agreement with Syntasa
ABSC, a leading Information Technology and Analytic solutions provider for the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, announced today the signing of a strategic reseller agreement with Syntasa. Under this agreement, ABSC will be the exclusive reseller for Syntasa products and services across the Federal and Civilian market sector. This capability allows ABSC to offer technology-enabled digital transformation services to Federal/State/Local agencies through behavioral analytics capabilities using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies across the Syntasa platform.
Beginning in November 2019, ABSC will be authorized to sell the complete line of Syntasa solutions and products to customers seeking technologies improve access to their intelligence products, services, and solutions. ABSC will support integration of these products in order to help analysts and operators discover previously unknown and valuable intelligence within their existing or new data sets, minimize the time they spend searching for the information they need, and proactively identify and present connections, relationships, and evidence they would not have previously discovered.
Syntasa has created enterprise-grade commercial technology to help consumer-facing brands with large amounts behavioral data from websites, apps, and devices to better understand and predict the customer/user behavior. Like these enterprises, federal and civilian government agencies require a deep understanding of their behavioral data to improve their customer experience. The Syntasa product ingests massive volumes of behavioral data from any source, reconciles at the individual level with an ID Graph, and combines this information with internal and offline data sources, creating a unified customer data store. ABSC Wins 5 Year INSCOM AFSC Recompete

ABSC Supports the JPEO-CBRND Mission with Recent Contract Award
Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) has been awarded an IT Support Services contract in support of Headquarters, Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (HQ, JPEO-CBRND). Under this contract, ABSc provides IT, Network and Information Assurance subject matter expertise to HQ, JPEO-CBRND.
ABSC’s Information Assurance and Technology Specialists will support the JPEO-CBRND mission and enhance IT operational, situational and strategic awareness for system and network infrastructure. For this effort, ABSC has successfully completed initial delivery to support to ensure continuity of operations.
“This new award achieves multiple objectives within ABSC’s new business growth strategy - to increase our market share of the DoD and IC technology services sectors and expand our presence in the Aberdeen community,” said Anthony Sutera, ABSC’s VP of Growth Operations. “We have a long-standing successful history in delivering IT and Cybersecurity solutions to our DoD and IC customers and are extremely excited to deliver these same great capabilities to our newest customer, JPEO-CBRND.”
Including all option periods, ABSC will deliver on this contract through 2022.
